Devraj Joshi

Description

Dr. Devraj Joshi is an Associate Professor at the Central Department of Microbiology, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. With extensive academic and research experience, he specializes in medical microbiology, antimicrobial resistance, and public health microbiology. Dr. Joshi has significantly contributed to understanding the epidemiology and resistance mechanisms of infectious diseases in the South Asian region. He has guided numerous postgraduate and Ph. D. students and published widely in peer-reviewed journals. Actively involved in International Society for Microbial Ecology (ISME) and ambassador from Nepal in ISME and organised international collaborations and conferences, Dr. Joshi is known for his commitment to academic excellence and scientific outreach, promoting research-driven solutions for health challenges in Nepal and beyond.
