Dr. Douglas J. H. Shyu, Associate Professor at the Department of Biological Science and Technology, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, is widely recognized for his contributions to sustainable biotechnology and microbial applications in agriculture and the environment. His research focuses on the development of eco-friendly solutions, including microbial biofertilizers and biocontrol agents, promoting sustainable farming practices. Dr. Shyu has received several national and international awards for his innovative work in sustainable agriculture and microbial technology. He actively collaborates on interdisciplinary projects and mentors students, fostering research that addresses global sustainability challenges through science and innovation. In his lab students across the globe completed internship in various filed of life sciences.
